Membership

Membership is available to all persons engaged in the research or teaching of ancient Mediterranean religion, including Greek, Roman, Christian and Jewish traditions among others. Our members’ interests range chronologically from the Bronze Age through Late Antiquity and geographically from the Fertile Crescent to the Straits of Gibraltar.

We have three categories of Membership: Faculty ($20/yearly), Student-Contingent Faculty-Retired ($10/yearly, Lifetime $200.00).

Please note that if for any reason, you are not able to afford to pay for your annual membership, please contact the SAMR President Dan Schowalter (SAMRpres@gmail.com) and your dues will be waived for one year.
